Silver Oak Multifamily Capital, LLC (SOMC) targets garden style multifamily properties and notes secured by multifamily properties that are located in the four (4) major markets in Texas (Dallas/Ft. Worth, Houston, San Antonio, Austin) and other select markets in the United States. Target properties to be considered for acquisition will be A to B- (1980’s -2009) in quality and location, that have strong cash flow and residual value enhancement potential through creative and aggressive asset management, including targeted capital improvement, tenant lease-up opportunities and operating efficiencies. The firm plans to acquire multifamily properties at a 20-30% discount to estimated current replacement cost.
