Based in Dallas, Texas, Tim Gottsacker is a commercial real estate professional who has been active in investment property sales and acquisitions since the early 1980’s. Tim focuses exclusively on investments in garden apartment communities located primarily throughout the State of Texas. Tim has a strong knowledge of the Texas apartment market and thoroughly enjoys seeking “Opportunistic Acquisitions”. He has successfully negotiated and closed over 13,000 apartment units for a total value exceeding $775 million since 1998.
Tim graduated from Southern Methodist University in 1981 with a BBA. He obtained an MBA from the University of North Texas with a focus on real estate finance in 1984.
Responsibilities:
Tim Gottsacker supervises and directs the operations of SOMC and is responsible for locating suitable acquisitions. Tim manages the business of the company including:
