Silver Oak Multifamily Partners III, LP (the “Fund”- SOMP III) is a Texas limited partnership that is being organized to acquire well located garden style apartment communities, and notes secured by multifamily, in the four (4) major markets in Texas (Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio, Austin) and other select markets in the United States. The Fund will have an “Opportunistic” investment focus with the intent of producing returns net of fees exceeding 15%.
The Fund plans to raise a maximum of $50 million through the sale of partnership units to high net-worth individuals and/or institutional investors.
Silver Oak’s investment objective is to provide superior and predictable cash flow returns to its investors, while preserving capital and providing an opportunity for capital appreciation during a defined investment period.
